What is the minimum order?
Most rigid boxes start from 500 units. Custom shapes start from 1,000 because they need their own tooling. Smaller runs are possible for some styles; ask and we will tell you what is realistic.
How long does an order take?
Most orders are delivered six to eight weeks after you approve the design. Express production is available for some styles; tell us your date and we will confirm what is possible.
Do you only make gift boxes?
No. We make rigid packaging for any product, from candles and electronics to documents and awards. If you can describe it, we can box it.
Do you help with artwork?
Yes. Our in-house design team can create the artwork for you, or prepare your existing files for print. Either way, you approve a digital proof before production.
Are sustainable materials available?
Yes. Ask about recycled board, plastic-free inserts and papers from certified sources.
